"Rude and uncaring a and e staff"

Came into Gloucester royal by myself bleeding with my pregnancy, I had taken ridiculous amounts of pregnancy tests as it was my first pregnancy, which all come back positive.

In the morning I saw the doctor and explained I was having some cramping but no bleeding she said this was common in early pregnancy but if i was to get any blessing to ring up straight away. That afternoon I got bleeding, rang up my doctors who told me to go straight to a and e.

They did all the usual obs on me and did a urine dip which come back negative, they told me I wasn't pregnant to take paracetamol and that all of my pregnancy tests were wrong and asked me to leave.

I knew something wasn't right so I went to the shop and brought another pregnancy test which again confirmed I was pregnant. I spoke with my doctors who sent me to royal Gwent where they treated me with a lot more respect than Gloucester did. They took bloods, did an examination and actually took the time to understand what I was going through.

Never again will I use Gloucester.
