On the 1/2/18 at 8.55 I had to have a blood test. I am a 51 year old woman and I’m extremely terrified of needles. I was very embarrassed telling the phlebotomist that I was frightened. She was absolutely wounderful with me. She made me feel at ease and relaxed me. She didn’t make me feel stupid for being scared. She talked to me whilst taking my blood so as to take my mind off the test. She also was very gentle, and the blood test was pain free. Well done and Thankyou.
