We sincerely apologise about the delay in responding to your feedback. We are extremely disappointed to read about your experience. It is very sad to hear that the cleanliness of the Emergency Department was very poor when you visited. We have improved our monitoring of feedback since then and we frequently update the senior leads of the Emergency Department on feedback received to ensure that they are aware of patients and families experiences. The Emergency Department have made improvements to ensure that the environment of the waiting room remains at a high standard. However, if you have any further concerns about the standard of the waiting room for our Emergency Department or any other concerns please do not hesitate to contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0121 333 8403 or via email on bwc.pals@nhs.net. Best Wishes, Patient Experience Team.
