"missed the point totally of my referral"

About: Cumberland Infirmary / Ophthalmology

I have just booked a fourth hospital referral appointment in a different hospital. This whole saga, starting well over a year ago now, and despite the best efforts of GPs they still have yet to deal with referred issue :(

I am really sorry that you feel that you have not been treated properly when you attended our hospital recently, without any further details I am unbale to look inot this further or give you any feedback. As you are unhappy with your expereince, you do have the right to complain and to receive a written response from the Trust. The PALS team (Patient Advice and Liaison service) can help you through this process or put you in touch with the senior staff members who may be able to discuss your concerns with you.
