I had a tonsillectomy 3 weeks ago now. I was incredibly nervous but I can honestly say that the doctors and especially the nurses on the day surgery unit could not have made me feel more at ease. They really looked after me and they were so genuine in their care. I have had an operation privately too and when I compare the two, the care I received at St. Albans was on par if not better.
Thank you for looking after me so well and being so understanding when I was so nervous.
I also recently went for an emergency weekend doctors appointment and was so impressed with the service they provided that we so often take for granted on the NHS. The doctors were caring, thorough and informative.
Once again a huge thank you for looking after me. You really are going an amazing job at St. Albans.
