"Faultless staff"

About: Birmingham Women's Hospital / Maternity care

Despite being in the induction suite for 5 days, every single staff member was pleasant, polite, attentive and informative. I felt respected and informed throughout. Then when I finally got a room, (my labour was not what I intended but I had no choice) every single midwife and doctor was just incredible and I handed myself over and put my babies life in their hands. They were so adept. Made me feel human and comfortable and important. Everything was explained and done quickly and efficiently. Both our midwives were amazing. Can’t thank you enough! Wonderful staff!!! (Sunday Jan 28th 2018)
