I requested a prescription that I’d had years ago on their online portal, due to suddenly getting acne again after years without it. I expected them to ask me to make an appointment, but instead they used common sense (in my opinion!!) and allowed me to have the prescription without wasting an appointment slot. Within a week my acne has cleared and I have my confidence back. It’s great to see the NHS working with a cost saving, sensible approach and the whole service I received on the phone, online and picking up my prescription was brilliant.
