"Excellent GP practice"

This is an excellent GP surgery and I have recommended its services to friends.

I have always experienced friendly and professional service from all the reception and clinical staff. The GP's are superb,

I have found all the ones that I have met to be approachable, thorough, caring and good communicators. The Triage service has been very helpful to us as a family and I find it pretty amazing that you always get seen the same day or can get advice the same day from GP's or the triage nurses. This is much better than service that I have received at other GP practices over the years.

My dad, who is in his 70's has experienced quite a lot of health problems recently and even when we have phoned out of triage times, we have received a really caring response and good advice. The practice also provides a minor surgery clinic which I have benefited from, and being able to access the advice of a pharmacist for my dad was helpful.I have also been able to see a physiotherapist at the practice and also the community midwife.

Thank you for providing such brilliant service in what must be challenging times for the NHS.
