I have my tonsils removed on the 31st

Jan 2018 and I want to congratulate and thank all the staff involved in my operation: at the pre assessment session, pre operation ward, the theatre and both recovery areas where I was.

The nurses, the anesthesiologist, the surgeon were all absolutely kind, gentle and respectful with me.

They all introduced themselves to me, explained their involvement and what they were about to do with my consent.

Thank you to the angel who hold my hand and stroke my head just the minute before I went to the theatre and the anesthesia was supplied. I believe I went for my operation with a smile on my face.

I also want to mention the high standard of hygiene everywhere and the good range of food I was offered during the night and morning I stayed.
