I had day case breast surgery on 1st February and everyone I came in contact with was extremely helpful. All the staff were professional, introducing themselves, but also extremely skilled at putting you at ease.

I was impressed at the level of cleanliness, with staff cleaning items, eg sphygmanometers after each use, and also safety checks at various stages of the procedure. The staff were also discreet, ensuring privacy. Thank you for all your care which did reduce my stress around a procedure I was dreading.
