"Very very poor service ... wait a week to see a..."

I have been with this surgery for a long time and the service from the reception staff has always been appalling they think they are the doctors.

Never give the correct information ring Sat / Sunday for on the day appointments NO SUCH thing .

You could be seriously ill and they are not bothered you still wait a week .

I was told to go to Shakespeare medical walk in centre and after phoning them myself the walk in part is run by staff nurses not a doctor and can’t give out sick notes .

Having lost my voice and been poorly since Xmas 2017

I was told to stop shouting at the receptionist and she very rudely put the phone down on me.

I’d been trying to get to see a doctor for a sick note and there was not a chance I’ve at to return to work myself in the NHS poorly due to the lack of service from my own GP absolutely disgraceful.

I’m now still trying three week down the line to get an appointment round my own working hours NOT A CHANCE

I’ve now to wait till next Saturday 10/2/2018 another week of been poorly looking after sick patients myself taking my own illness to six weeks before I can see a doctor .

I clearly don’t understand why the surgery opens 8am till 2pm on a Saturday / Sunday and only offer TEN PATIENTS an appointment pre booked not on the day that is clearly 6 hours waste of NHS funding.

We all wonder why the NHS is in the state it’s in .
