I was very impressed by the whole experience. Friendly, re-assuring staff, very efficient, gave good advice and explanation at each stage. pleasant, very clean environment.
Speed of appointments very impressive, flexible and considerate.
I have been singing your praises to all my friends some who have been waiting months for treatment elsewhere. From start to finish has been so quick. Saw optician late November, 1st appointment on December 8th, 1st operation on December 14th, 2nd operation on January 25th. Before the end of February I will have the necessary new spectacles prescription. All very swift before you have had time to think of it!
I now have excellent distant vision but will need a prescription for close reading.
