About: Central Park Medical Centre

The surgery has highly advanced communication system and I am delighted to read my test reports which is transparent by going on Patient Access. I have not met the lady that communicates with me by email. She is ultra efficient and what I thought was a mountain to climb makes it a mole and so very approachable. I wish there were more such people in the world. I have been with other surgeries during my working life up and down the country but I must add Central Park comes out at top with this lady on front line. Thanks a lot for all your help and cooperation. Cannot praise enough.....

I would like to thank you for giving us the positive feedback. I am pleased that the Patient Access is working for you. The practice has over 10.5 thousand patients and my team work very hard to provide our patients with a good quality service and we actively promote the on line services to support the work we do.
