About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus)

I cannot fault the medical team at Moorfields - clear, concise and caring! Really grateful.

They took care of the fact that my Mum was a speaker of another language and were both patient, friendly and approachable. The same sex wards are brilliant!

I was met by a few Receptionists at Moorfields, who were informative and genial.

Unfortunately, this has not filtered down to the Receptionist in Clinic 11 who was rude, held no eye contact and is sourfaced.

This has been on more than one occasion. On the upside! She saves her charming demeanour for those who can speak English. Clearly has no empathy as she is bilingual herself.

I suggest she receives training in customer care and shows a bit of compassion like the rest of the Team.

Thank you again to everyone who helped my Mum.
