I am writing my gratitude to all at Ireland Wood Surgery.

Getting an appointment is made as reasonable as possible, given inevitable constraints. Today I called in with an urgent request for help with very painful back problems and was givenan appointment to see a GP later in the afternoon - very impressive.

My wife and I are always treated professionally and with warm politeness.

I am pleased that you were able to access urgent treatment and that the triage system in place was effective.
