"First Rate Care from admittance to discharge"

About: Sandwell General Hospital / Accident and emergency

An elderly relative was admitted to Sandwell General Hospital on the 27th December 2017

suffering with Pneumonia.

From the time she was admitted the care she received was first rate

The staff worked hard & did a wonderful job caring for her, visitors were made welcome & the whole experience was a pleasant one

Not forgetting the Ambulance Crew that attended & responded to the call in just 9 minutes

The family cant thank the hospital enough for their professionalism & care
