About: The Ridge Medical Pract.

Feeling bad with a version of current flu although not full blown version thanks to flu jab offered by the surgery as I am asthmatic.

Coughing very badly and pulled muscle which was extremely painful.

Not feeling well but got a telephone call back from doctor who prescribed pain killers.

This was after a lengthy discussion on history and treatment.

I felt confident in what he said and happy to get painkillers to stop pain plus sensible advice.

All done in kindly caring understanding manner.

Thank you for your feedback. We have found that by using telephone triage we are able to care for more patients per day and it is more convenient for patients than needing to come to the surgery. We have worked hard to make sure that does not compromise the level of care that we offer - its good to hear that it is working for patients!
