About: Priory View Medical Centre

Reception staff is extremely rude and would not listen to the customer. They are not knowledgeable but can act like they are Doctors :)) I would never go to this surgery again and would never recommend to anyone.

I am sorry to read that you have been unhappy with the service you have received from our Reception team. We want to know a little more about what caused the problems you have experienced and if you feel you can put your concerns in writing to the Practice Manager it will enable us to look at what happened and see if there is anything we could have done better. We can then also respond directly to you and see if we can address the problems so you feel comfortable visiting the practice.
