I have waited over 15 minutes trying to get through on the phone to sort out an appointment. You need to put more people on the phones if they are so busy.

We are working hard to provide an extended service for patients that once fully implemented will improve the patient experience of getting through to speak to a member of staff and we are sorry that while we are in the process of setting this system up that both you and some other patients have had a difficulty in getting through by telephone. Your feedback and that of other patients is helping us to identify areas for improvement.
