An appointment for 1.30 for blood tests , X-ray and examination
An absolute pleasure to have been seen by medical staff who examined me and the lovely ladies in X-ray department.
I was very nervous about the procedures and medication that I may have to take. All the staff were wonderful and took the time to treat me with dignity and compassion.
They completely put me at ease and made a stressful experience easy.
The effects of the medication were explained to me in detail and I was given a very comprehensive document explaining everything.
All the staff involved with me were first class and kind and caring. I could not have wished for more.
A huge thank you to all of the staff in clinic 11.
