"Fantastic surgery, terrific doctors - great..."

I love our family doctor! They provide vital support my family to access care in all areas of our lives - antenatal, child development , mental health, sexual health - as well as looking after routine care of illnesses and infections. The doctors at this surgery have made huge differences to our lives!

For example, one doctor has been instrumental in enabling my child to receive educational support. He has never been afraid to refer for specialist non-urgent services like CBT or psych assessment. He always takes our problems seriously.

Sometimes it might appear difficult to get an appt initially but the practice makes every effort to solve the problem, whether by telephone consultation or an emergency appt.

Yesterday afternoon, I called the practice to arrange new prescription of what I thought was routine medication. By 9.00 this morning the doctor had telephoned me in his capacity as duty doctor. By the end of that ten-minute call,

I had a referral to a specialist and a treatment plan in place for a persistent but debilitating health problem.
