Visited urgent care reluctantly just before Christmas several times for a recurring acute debilitating problem and was seen within an unbelievably reasonable timeframe given the stretched service. Staff were gracious, caring and informative. Felt very safe and cared for.
Keep it up team. You are all credits to the profession.
