"Good appointment and great service overall"

I was called to be told about my appointment and the person was very helpful ensuring I had all the information I needed to attend. They asked if I knew where to come, did I need the postcode for satnav or anything.  Very helpful.

My appointment was at 2:30 and I arrived early and assumed I would have to wait as most often appointments arent on time.  I nipped away to get a magazine and when I came back five minutes later they were looking for me.  No waiting which was great.  Lady I saw was very good - very efficient and pleasant.  All very good.
