"Treated with abundant care"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Urology (Bladder and Urinary problems)

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Ward 209 ARI to have a tumour removed from my bladder. From the time I went in until the time I as discharged the next day I was treated with abundant care by staff who carried out their work in the most professional way, no moaning just happy faces in a patient friendly ward. To all the team I wish them all the best. I will be having on going treatment for a long time in ARI and I am looking forward to this as my health is being treated with very kind people. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your kind comments regarding your recent stay in Ward 209. I was delighted to hear how well you were treated. I am sure this will be reassuring for you to know for when you have to return for your on going treatment which I sincerely hope goes well for you. I will share you very kind comments with the staff.

With best wishes and kind regards.

John
