"Disgusted"

My dad had brain surgery here,the following day we visited he did not look right at all so told a nurse that he was not responding to me.she asked me to leave for a while while they took him to icu.within half an hour we went to icu and were told they were just making him comfortable and we were asked to wait in the corridor.after about 5 mins my dad was being rushed into theatre to have another operation due to a blood clot.we were not informed what was going on at all.staff were very rude.i complained to the nurse in charge who was nice,she arranged for one of my dads consultants to speak to me.what a rude arrogant man.i used to think this was a fantastic hospital but the way we were all treated was disgusting.no staff seemed to care
