"An operation that went wrong"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / General surgery

(as the patient),

I think staff are unapproachable and unhelpful. I had a routine operation which went wrong and resulted in me having another operation two weeks later which turned into major surgery at another hospital. Have no faith in the QE.
