"Lovely experience on the childrens ward"

Having a sick child can be very stressful, but everyone on the children's ward went above and beyond to help.

I was most impressed by the medical student who saw us. She made the hospital a much less scary place.

In the past doctors have rushed, and upset my daughter, but this student was patient, explained she was going to do in child friendly language, and let her play with her stethoscope.She was very patient with my daughter when examining her. She even managed to make my daughter giggle when checking her strength and balance.

She was very thorough with all the questions she asked, and it felt like she genuinely cared The doctors are doing a excellent job training the next generation of doctors.

There was no wait to see the consultant who was reassuring, and professional.

Thank you to all the other staff who make the ward such a lovely place.
