(as a service user),

I arrived early to the antenatal ward to a very friendly reception and was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Where was only a slight delay in my planned procedure due to an emergency which is totally understandable.

Every member of staff that I came into contact with was very warm and caring and made each member of my family more than welcome.

I have really enjoyed my time staying at the hospital and would recommend that the hospital be commended for their exceptional care and cleanliness of the hospital.

We always strive to provide compassionate care and from your story it sounds as if this was your experience of our maternity team, which I am very pleased about. We also recognise that following the birth of a baby it is an important time for families to bond with their new arrival so I am pleased to hear that this was your experience.
