(as the patient),

I recently had to have surgery to have a cataract removed. I received the surgery, had have to say how impressed I was with the team, from Ward assistant, to surgeons, nurses, theatre staff and theatre porters. They were all professional, and had excellent communication skills, keeping me up to date with every part of the process, from where I was on the list, to keeping me up do date regarding discharge medication. Good work team.
