(as the patient),

I was referred to Lindsay at Crosshouse hospital by Dr Shetty rheumatologist. 

She is most the kind and caring physiotherapist that I have met.  I can’t believe how much I have improved while being under her care.  Her knowledge and professionalism is outstanding and she is a real credit to the NHS. 

I have had a few set backs and she has been so supportive and understanding. 

Thanks to Lindsay for giving me the motivation to keep going and hope that one day I may make a full recovery.

This is a lovely accolade and I will be honoured to pass this to Lindsay C. and her managers. I am really pleased to hear how much benefit you have had from your Physiotherapy (and Lindsay). I suspect you may have also had to work hard, so take a pat on the back too.
