Good Afternoon MPG,

Thank you for sharing your experience and for all the kind words you have expressed for our staff in the Scottish Ambulance Service and our NHS partners.

It is nice to read such positive feedback and if you would like I can organise this to be sent over to the crews themselves. It is nice for the crew to know how their patients are doing after they deliver them into the safe hands of our partners in the hospitals. If you would like to do this you can email me on scotamb.CorporateAffairs@nhs.net.

I thank you again and wish you a very speedy recovery

Alan

Dear MPG,

Many thanks for taking the time to post regarding your recent experience following your collapse at home. It must have been a very distressing time for your but so glad to hear of the positive experience that you had from all involved in your care.

As Alan has detailed it is so nice to hear positive feedback and I will share this with the team in A&E.

Hoping you are recovering well at home

With Best Wishes

Fiona Robertson Chief Nurse
