In August 2017 I had a revision of a total knee replacement.

My experience from pre-op to operation to after care was totally outstanding. I cannot praise all the teams I came into contact with enough. I never once felt that anything was too much for any of the staff who were constantly reassuring and updating me on the progress.

The aftercare from the Fracture clinic to the physio's were once again excellent. My consultant was in constant contact with me letting me know what to expect all through this major operation.

I also had a small operation, in December 2017. Unfortunately I developed an infection and was admitted for a few days to ward D3. I had yet again excellent service and care on the ward and then again with the follow up for treatments in the Fracture clinic, right up to my final telephone consultation with my surgeon who I really am in awe of.

I would have no concerns attending Basingstoke and North Hants Hospital again where I would feel totally confident with the competence of all staff.
