"First Class Care"

I recently attended the eye Clinic as a result of a fast track referral by my optician.

I received a call from the clinic within 45 mins of leaving the optician and was asked to come in the following day.

Very impressive.

Everyone I saw was helpful and the Staff Nurse and Doctor were very efficient and caring and explained everything in detail.

The examination and tests were very thorough and I was given a straight forward reassuring explanation of the results.

I had a follow up visit last week and saw a different Staff Nurse and Doctor but received the same high level of care and service.

On each visit the waiting around was minimal given that I had to wait for eye drops to take effect before the examination.
