"Shocking"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital / General medicine

My brother is in there after being moved from oxford , with two broken legs , pelvis and arm , when he rings his buzzer he has been waiting as long as an hour to go to the toilet or is in need of pain killers , I have had to Timon’s them to give him dvt injections , I know they are under staffed but this hospital is a joke .

I would rather him be at home.

We are very sorry to hear about your brother's injuries and that you feel he is not being looked after well enough. We do take feedback very seriously and would like to discuss this with you if you were willing to do so. It is with such feedback that we can learn and improve therefore could you please make contact with the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01908 995954 or via email on PALS@mkuh.nhs.uk. We appreciate the time taken to feedback on your care and we hope that you make contact so we can attempt to address your concerns.
