"BURNS UNIT"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I visited yesterday, Burns Unit.

The staff were amazing. I asked at reception for directions to the unit. Straight away the level of service was off the scale. Very polite and a detailed account of where I had to go.

The BUrns unit itself.

Staff welcomed us with a huge smile and a showed us to the waiting room.

Explained that there was a slight delay, buy that was cool.

The doctors were on the ball.

They asked me lots of questions to find out how the burns had happened.

Again, the service was 11 out of 10.

Thank you all so much for this experience.
