The care and professionalism of all the staff is fantastic - especially considering the strain and pressures they are facing.

Thank you to all - it is most appreciated, the reception staff make you feel at ease upon arrival, the medical staff make you feel reassured and informed about everything they're going to do.

I am amazed at how they keep you to your appointment times give or take a few minutes.

I was referred by my GP for what I thought to be just a discolouration on my face (it didn't resemble a mole so hadn't give it a thought until my GP asked me about it). I had the initial referral in October and now a biopsy taken in the last few days, I was anxious about the procedure and as a female mindful as to any scarring that may occur, which is daft I know because being healthy is the most important thing. We are very lucky to have such an amazing service in our city.
