I would like to say a BIG Thank you to all the staff there encouragement has really got me moving again, Hydro pool was the best thing I have ever done its given me back my confidence, strength & flexibility,all the staff were very kind, caring, understanding. Even printed out an exercise program for me do at home it's hard work but I will get there. Its taken a long time during my treatment I had to stop due to a fall & 2 further fractures to my spine but they never gave up on me keeping on their books, I will always be very grateful for everything they have done for me.
