Attended A&E on 22/01/2018 at approx 13 50.
I was taken to a bay after triage and given pain relief and a CT scan. I was then left for several hours in a bay on a chair waiting. Was told by consultants and gp to attend A&E if I was unable to control pain so I did. I was in the bay for almost 10 hours before being told I would be sent home with an outpatients appointment in 4 to 6 weeks. I suffer sever renal colic pain in a regular basis but was told I would not be sent home with no further pain relief.
The pain relief I had already was not doing anything for me and was advised to go back to GP as the hospital could not provide me with any. Appalling service and I will be taking matters further
