I have complained more than once over the years, with no improvement whatsoever.

two GPs are well past retirement age, and clearly are out of their depth.

I recently had a blood test to check nutrients in my body, as I recently became a vegan. first I was given a clean bill of health, then, seeing another GP some weeks later, he announced I had a vitamin B12 deficiency!!! B12 being the very first thing for a GP to check in such a test!!! absolutely staggering!!

I was asked by a nurse, just days ago, if I either smoked or drank; all the while she was looking at my records, suggesting she wasn't too attentive: I had previously briefed the practice about both smoking and drinking...

it seems there are changes in the pipeline, with a couple of new GPs coming in, but, as things stand, if you can afford to go and register somewhere else, do!
