Dear nuthatchkq63,

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Being in hospital with stroke is such a frightening time. I am sorry it took some time for you to be reviewed by the doctors and understand the need to be seen as quickly as possible.

With so many investigations and being reviewed by different members of the team it can feel at times overwhelming. Communication is so important in ensuring that you have the information that you need. This is where it is essential that staff take the time to explain not only the investigations, diagnosis but also the treatment. This is important for your future recovery. I am glad you found that this was clearly explained and helpful.

Staff will appreciate that you found them helpful during your stay. I will ensure this is shared with the team and wish you all the best for your recovery.

Christine
