"Fantastic service!"

Went to smear clinic this morning and as is often the case was a little nervous. The Sister who dealt with me was so friendly and helpful and set me completely at ease. She did the test quickly and painlessly without embarrassment. She is what all clinic staff should aspire to be.

Next time I won't have any nerves and strangely will look forward to it, in order to meet her again!
