"Feel inconvenient"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Xrays and Scans

(as a service user),

Had 1 look and said "don’t know what is wrong with you". Follow up with registrar who just laughed, hands up in air "not sure what’s happening with you" and said it’s up to you if you want to stay on your tablets.

What am to do very rude more training maybe the professor should retrain on manners so have stopped attending the appointment because you are made to feel like a big inconvenience.

Dear Roma the Word

I am sorry to read about your experience, I would like to reassure you that this type of behaviour is not acceptable within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

To respond more fully, it would be helpful to get some further details from you about your experience. Can you please email me at Nicole.McInally@ggc.scot.nhs.uk with your personal details and the department you were attending? I would be grateful if you could quote the reference: 461784.

Kind Regards

Nicole
