About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Accident and emergency

I attend accident and emergency via ambulance and the level of care was faultless. From arriving in the department to discharge was humbling. I've been in other hospital's and never have I received the level of care and compassion as I did today. Every single member of staff that I encountered is a true credit to the NHS I never once felt I was wasting anyone's time and I was treated with dignity care compassion and respect which helped me relax and feel at ease.
