"A & E attendance"

About: Macclesfield District General Hospital / Accident and emergency

Had a left inguinale hernia repair at the Regency 15/1/2018 under the NHS choose and book system and was advised to attend your department by the resident doctor at the Regency after experiencing stabbing pain in my leg and chest, the booking in system is a shambles you are in a room with other people who can hear everything you are saying ( because we could hear what other people were saying) but it was the doctor we saw who made use feel uncomfortable stating he didn't see why he should clean up another hospitals mess ,we did not want to attend but was forced into it as had no other choice ,luckily was not a pulmonary embolism and yes we will be taking the issue up with the Regency but left feeling very disappointed with the way we were treated as we are not private patients but NHS and the Consultant who performed the operation works for your trust.
