"Excellent"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

Came into A & E, seen fast and immediately unknown to me my condition was serious.

Did an immediate procedure and admitted me to a ward to continue the treatment.

They saved my life and the nurses, doctors and registrar in A & E were so professional.

On the ward later the nurses and the catering staff were second to none.

On discharge the level of concern for my welfare was excellent, the concern shown that I was being picked up by someone was their major concern.

The follow up on discharge i.e. To return for further tests was clear and precise - even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear.

In my opinion - an excellent hospital , from the porters to the nice girl serving our food - to the nurses - to the student nurses - to the doctors - to the registrars - what a great team - thank you so much and thank you NHS helpline that made it all happen
