"Emergency admission on ENT Clayton Ward"

After a short emergency stay on Clayton ward I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the ward staff on how hard they work. Often missing out on there own beaks to make sure there patients had the best possible care. From consultants to doctors, the whole nursing team and the cleaners and food prep workers, I can’t find words to explain how caring, thoughtful and having a attitude that nothing was to much trouble for them. ALL staff worked with a professional and highly attentive attitude. I was never kept waiting for medication, conversations with doctors or food and beverages. Even when I needed extra medication and food out of the normal set times it was straight there with me, with no delays at all. Thank you Clayton ward, for making an extremely painful stay that bit more bearable with your caring nature.
