My son was referred to the department on a Friday afternoon as an emergency referral from our GP. He was quickly diagnosed with an abscess in his tonsil. We were seen promptly and the procedure was explained clearly, He was treated, the abscess drained and we were home within 2and a half hours. The staff were all extremely caring.
