I felt I needed to leave a review of my recent experience of having my baby at pinderfields as I feel at the minute that the nhs is getting a lot of negative press . I went into triage at pinderfields on the 7th of Jan and had my daughter very quickly there were no beds available on the labour ward initially but when triage realised I was going to give birth everyone moved very quickly and managed to get me to the labour ward . All the staff from triage to the midwives on the labour ward , doctors , the ear tester were all fantastic I couldn’t have asked for better care the whole time I was there and would like to

Firstly may I take this opportunity to congratulate you on the birth of your daughter. I am delighted that you had such a positive experience and you found our staff particularly supportive to you and your daughter.

We know our staff do an excellent job, but it is very much appreciated when we hear direct from a patient. Your comments will be forwarded to the teams who looked after you both.
