Outstanding service provided by birth centre midwives but not happy at all with the triage receptionist attitude she was very rude I was in labour and she said to me don't push here floor will be dirty. she should know that how can a women in labour can control any thing. I can't forget her mean comment ever. Don't want to see her again. Otherwise outstanding care provided by midwives.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, I would like to start by congratulating you on the birth of your baby. It is so lovely to hear that the midwife that looked after you provided you with an outstanding service. I am however, sorry to hear that the Triage Receptionist was rude to you. If you would like to discuss this further you can contact our Patient, Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). They can be contacted on 01708 435 454 or by email pals@bhrhospitals.nhs.uk and they will do everything they can to help you. I will however, pass your feedback onto the team, so that they are aware of your experience.
