I don't agree with some of the comments on here about the receptionists being rude. I do think there is one of them that is 'to the point' however never rude and always go the extra mile for you.
The GPs at this surgery do not seem to have a lot of time for mental health issues and wont offer standard medications or referrals that other city GPs provide. I find this surprising so if you have mental health issues this is not the surgery for you
Appointments can be very hit and miss, sometimes they can fit you in at a suitable time, others you may have to wait longer but they will always offer advice if they cant help you there and then, the receptionists will tell you where you can go for help.
